Week specials are fine, and as I wrote, the baked potatoes are fine (a bot more sour cream would be appreciated) and burgers average. OK for a pre/post movie dinner and probably the best dining option, for my taste, in the whole shopping center. Seating is like a food court so at some point it could get noisy - I have only been there mid-week and it was pretty quiet but I guess it gets crowded in the weekends with the cinema crowds.
