Asked for the check- she asked if I wanted to take the pie home and I declined- said it wasn't fully cooked. She grabbed the pizza and threw it into the garbage with disdain. The tour manager recommended we travel into the old town center. I found this restaurant through Yelp and their Rosti varieties plus the food quality are exactly what I needed for a lunch stop. The Rosti did not disappoint. Full disclaimer: Rosti can be a bit heavy with the cooking process that can include butter along with some bacon. Yes, the Rosti had the expected greasy texture, but just enough to make it savory without overpowering the various ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant if you are interested in trying the traditional Rosti dish in several varieties.
