Most of their employees are sixteen years old or younger. They are given little training and often leave the party area to hang out at the front desk. The children of the parties are often left unsupervised and to their own devices. You can only bring in food that is purchased from them or from a store.This is for the sake of sheer profit. The parties themselves are overpriced as the employees make barely more then minimum wage. Bouncing Bears is a far better choice as their facilities are cleaner and their staff is better trained. Now know that the store was empty besides me, and two ladies up front filling balloons. The same lady that checked me out pointed to the aisle that had my requested item. Took a bit to find since they have a lot of things hanging up. I then went back up to ask for another item and was told the location. Three items, an air horn, fake teeth, and some plastic glasses totaled up $25 dollars. Granted it was my choice to purchase them. But it must have been too little for some decent customer service. It would have gone a long way for her to walk me to the item display. Then she slid my purchases with receipt on top to me. No offer of a bag. I asked for one and she acted like My total was not worthy of a bag. Unfortunately they have no competition. Customer service apparently is based on how much you spend. Their focus appears to be on money according to other reviews. Next time I'll go to Fred Meyer's or target for party favors/gag gifts. Someone should really give this competition!

They designed and mailed all of our invitations. Darl spent hours reading our logo requirements so that everything was perfect. The day of the event the team worked seamlessly to set up around our office without interrupting our morning meetings. Darl then spent the evening greeting our guests and directing them to the food and beverages. Once the event was over, his team cleaned everything and put all the furniture back where it belonged. If it weren't for all the flower arrangements that our florist is letting us keep, you would never know we even had an event the night before!

What drew me to give them a shot were these cheeseburger egg rolls I saw in an advert. What the heck was that? Well it was an eggroll cut in half that was full of ground beef and cheese and on top there was lettuce, tomato and onions. It came with the side of awesome sauce, which is like spicy thousand island. It is a bizarre concept and remains so even while you're chewing it. But it is absolutely delicious. The burger ordered was called the Food Truck. It was your classic burger with a double smashed patty, lettuce, tomato cheese, pickles, and onions. It was fantastic from the bun to the ingredients. Everything was fresh and fabulously assembled in proper amounts to make a really great burger in every bite. It held up to the leftover test and tasted really good without reheating. Because who has time for that? My friend ordered the Ruben Griller (sorry no pic). It was very good looking on marble rye with a lot of meat. I sensed some cheese and was not sure if there was sauerkraut in the bite that I had, but I found it a little dry weirdly because it had been toasted on the grill and had quite a bit of butter on the bread. Hard to describe, but I could tell that it was a good sandwich. I just might've got my bite off the edge so I will try again another time. My friend enjoyed the sandwich and ate it all in one sitting! Sides: the standard side is garlic fries, which are delicious and also once again fresh ingredients. The garlic seems chopped and not from a jar, I mean, you can tell the difference. You will smell like garlic for a few days. Which is cool though cause it's good for you. The most notable thing about the fries or if you would prefer tater tots is that you can "load" them. This is where someone comes in and sprays them with cheese and sour cream and bacon and green onions and etc., and it blows your mind and your diet. The onion rings are also as amazing as everything else. I particularly like the type of batter they use that is all one unit rather than like Panko that gets everywhere and falls apart. In all this is comfort food, and definitely high calorie (the items I'm reviewing, I don't know about salads, lighter,fare, or anything like that) and will have to be viewed as a once in a while treat if I don't want to have to buy larger pants. If you are looking for something really satisfying and want a good fresh meal that wakes up every single tastebud, I would recommend these guys. I also have to say it feels like the owners themselves made the food, and maybe they did. Either that or they have trained and treated their staff well because their integrity shows in the care they take to prepare and serve really outstanding food. They have a cool website where you can learn about the owners and their vision, and you can also purchase the awesome sauce for your own refrigerator, which I have done!
