An appointment was made for surgery. Dr Fotopoulos and his nurse Julie Ann immediately put me at ease and carefully explained everything. The surgery went well, and I am confident of the outcome. Everyone in the office is very professional and nice. I will be going back regularly for follow up skin cancer screening.

Did not prep my skin before cutting me. Actually asked me to touch the spot with my finger, which was obviously dirty. Took weeks and weeks to heal. It became infected because after removing the sutures, they left one knotted suture in, which caused an infection. His daughter is the worst PA I've ever met. And I noticed Dr P looks like he's got a little bit of a beer belly going on. Again, I would never go back there again.

It reminded me of my grandma trying to tenderize meat for the week's dinner. Laura at That Little Spa was a great surprise. I was hurting so I made an appointment and was told she would be my LMT. I had never been here before or heard of the place. I was instantly impressed with her. She seems to have some sort of gift where she is capable of knowing EXACTLY where to focus on and exactly what pressure you need. I never have to say anything because she's already doing it perfectly. She really puts in a lot of effort and must care deeply for her clients because she genuinely strives to make your muscles feel better. I really appreciate her work and talent! I don't know how she does it. I also recommend Amanda. I noticed she was on their website when I went to make my third appointment with Laura today. I recognized her from my massages at my chiropractor's office a while back. She is GREAT! I appreciated her attention to my complaint areas. I only stopped seeing her because I stopped going to the chiropractor. I haven't met Kathy yet, but she's been very helpful via phone/internet. The atmosphere is great too. Massages are so much better in a dark room with music.

The first time I visited this salon, I used a groupon. I wasn't very impressed, but accidentally…read morefound myself back at this salon a second time when I scheduled myself at the wrong salon. When I realized my mistake I decided to give them a second chance, hoping that the poor experience was the groupon 'budget' choice. The second time I paid full price for a Oxygen Infusion Facial and I received similar mediocre facial. I've had spa facials every few months for the last 10 years, and this has to be one of my least favorite experiences. If you're accustomed to spa facials, this is not up to par. Dianne is a little too heavy handed and jerky (not smooth movements) in her facial massage. On the second visit I was very clear with her about my expectations, specifying the areas I wanted her to focus on (based on my prior experience with her), and she listened but did not follow through. At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio.... BUT, if you're looking for a gentle, smooth facial massage or thorough extractions, this is not the place.
