I went once a week and every time I went the staff had no idea why I was there. This is obviously a fear mongering CNN watching staff. I watched a staff member walk by a guy in the waiting room with no mask facing the staff hiding behind the "COVID Curtin". I complained about their fear mongering and was told how serious COVID is and that is why they ask everyone if they have symptoms and take everyone's temperature. I was never once asked and my temperature was never once taken. When I brought up the guy in the waiting room without a mask the same woman who walked past him 3 times acted shocked and marched over to make him put on a mask. I had to stop going because I would be so mad every time I left.

So cool and kinda gross to see what toxins are coming out of your body so quickly! The facial was mediocre (which is why only 4 stars). I'm guessing because it was a basic facial aka not customized, that was the reason the aesthetician didn't ask me any questions about my skin/face. There wasn't any music playing so all I could focus on was the squeaky rubber gloves as she was applying products to my face. During the consultation I'm told by Dr Williams she doesn't do dermplaning and they're out of the chemical peel and was then pitched some take home products. I should have ended the appointment then but went ahead with the tox and filler. Didn't use all the filler so Dr Williams set an appointment for 2 weeks out to use the rest. Day of my appointment I called because I never received an appointment reminder and the phone number was disconnected. I called 3 times to be sure, I texted the number off the website and received no reply. I showed up to the appointment and it was a new business but Dr Williams' name was on the door so I figured all was well but after waiting in the reception area and calling out hello down the hall I left after no one came to greet me. Poor communication , terrible follow up and Scott is unprofessional. Your money will be better spent at a business that values your time and their reputation.
