Started with the Querida - Gin, Campari, Grapefruit and citrus. Perfect for a hot day and the gin gets you ready for all the food you're about to ingest. I followed that with the Jugó de Carne which is an amazing broth served with some dices onions and chilies and a bit on bone borrow. If you're hungover this will bring you back to life! To close thing about I had to order the Parrilla del Che! It was perfect everything perfectly grilled and seasoned you can't go wrong with it. Also worth mentioning the empanadas are 100!
