This is their old address now occupied by another carwash service requiring appointments. I thus went to the gas station's carwash up Germantown Rd instead of trying out Miracle-Perfection now closer to Winchester Rd. I submitted an address correction to Yelp.

Not caring about customer service these day across many business, I doubt they care here. But I'd like to be wrong!! I stopped by with a 2001 Lexus Is300. Not a new care for sure, but it was dirty... I know.. that's why you go. I was short on time, but happy to save time with the drive through wash. Nope! Didn't save time and spend money I could have saved! Did I save time? I had to go back and rewash and clean my car and wheels AFTER I had already gone through the car wash. And No! It didn't rain, I didn't go wheeling in the mud and didn't drive through crop fields to get it dirty again. It was a dry day, on normal streets with no excess dirt... The wheels where my biggest disappointment after spending $21.00!! You look at the pictures! They tell the story better! Will I be back? nope... I'm not wasting another single dollar there...

The younglady gave me options when I needed to purchase the dash wipes and glass wipes because each had a different purpose such as cleaning or protecting. This particular location is older, but I like the fact that the wipers clean a little better and the dryers blow strong. I have always received great service I recommend buying the monthly pass it's a great value if you drive thru 3 times it would cost you more than the unlimited. I drive thru atleast 3 times a week and it's awesome to always have a clean ride. If you are set up on auto draft which I think is the only way they do the pass or I guess you could pay by the year, anyway if you trade vehicles they should be able to pull your account up and delete your old pass sticker and issue you a new one I never have any problems.

I was forced to file a claim with my credit card company. On top of that, the vacuums are frequently broken, the business hours are poor, the lines are long, and the automatic entry often fails. This place feels like it's running a scam -- save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
