When…read moreI got back in my car to leave, I couldn't turn on the AC, or lower the windows or work the sunroof. Don't know if the breaker controlling those got jostled or what during the inspection, but I alerted the service writer, Sabrina, to the issue, who immediately reported it to the service manager. I explained that all of these things were working when I brought my car in, and how very uncomfortable it made me to have this problem after a mere inspection. They wheeled it right back to the shop, and resolved the problem either via a reset or securing something that was knocked loose. Appears to have been just an accident on the part of the tech. I would suggest testing the windows and AC anytime they work on or test electrical systems...and as consumers, we should always test at least those basics before we pull away. As a woman who has worked in car sales, and is also a consumer, I understand how it makes us feel like we have "sucker" stamped across our foreheads when the car must go in the shop...and I felt heard when I said as much to the service manager. He was respectful. They handled this well, and I would consider them for future work or when I am again in the market for a vehicle. I sat in the waiting area, which was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly. I will also give major kudos to Sabrina. She was knowledgeable and kind, which I greatly appreciate!

For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

Sounds scary apparently - it's the easiest oil change in the world, you don't even need to jack it up. I just have a broken back and can't get down on my knees without great effort. First they will tell you they are just a tech and they don't give prices over the phone. It's a 5 minute oil change, you have a price. Just tell me $100 due to the luxury tax and I would have gladly driven down. Then they will tell you that they won't let you provide your own parts... I'm not going to wait for you to order a filter and oil from overseas when I have the oil and filter here, preordered! Once you tell them that they say they are afraid to scratch it. This isn't an expensive car, and that's what insurance is for. If you're afraid you're going to scratch this, I assume I can't take any of my other cars to you either? Who would have thought a competent shop would be so hard to find? Luckily a guy down the street was the exact opposite. Somehow a large nail was picked up , probably on the highway , causing a rapid flat tire. A call to the dealership was made, they said no problem, we will send someone out . A short time later , Steve Lee, arrived ( the owner of the dealership) . The car was taken back to the dealership and the problem is being taken care of. I politely made the advisor. Aware that. It was important to me that my steering wheel remain centered after the alignment was done and please test drive it to make sure. She asked me did I know that my ignition key had a recall on it . When I asked her exactly what they will do she rolled her eyes and made a face as if I should not ask questions. Two hours later, she told me the car was ready and I asked if the technician test drove my vehicle?And very she replied you sat by the window.!! Another person there listening made a surprise look on their face. I didn't really get it at the moment . Then as I was driving my vehicle noticing that the steering wheel was not straight, the vehicle is vibrating specifications on the wheel alignment show they did not even adjust the chamber on the right front wheel. And then I realized her comment when I asked if the mechanic test drove the vehicle? and she stated you sat by the window that must mean that I should have been looking out the window over all the vehicles toward the highway for two hours, and I would've realized if or if not, the technician test drove my vehicle. This is very bad business. Apparently she does not enjoy her job. Completely at a loss as to how to proceed, massively unprofessional, and this harassing, unprofessional behavior from shop owner/staff has ruined a vacation weekend. - Original post: Refused to return the key to my car after being paid in full for services on a Friday. Claimed they "didn't know" they were paid after agreeing to leave key with the car- we found all of this out when we went to pick the car up after hours, and it was left unlocked without a key sitting on the side of the road outside the shop. Did not make an attempt to arrange to return key until the next week- MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE when I had travel plans for the weekend. Not to mention- leaving a customer's unlocked car sitting on the side of the road with no accessible key for an entire weekend after they have paid and arranged to pick it up? Thank god I had a spare key and figured out what was happening before someone who wanted to steal my car or it's contents did.
