This is a very nice, calm and friendly michelin-starred newly opened restaurant-experiment.
I was specially impressed on all the exiting tastes all those little starters evoked! I just chose a main from the menue, but the chef will place this in a row of very inspired served Amuse-Bouches- like on stones and wood from the beach. The room is simpleclean designed and reminds me a bit of the top food-theater I ever had: the Arpége in Paris. It was def. worth it ordering a tea after the meal :) as it was accompanied by a stone full of little deserts. During dinner the Chef came around to check on his audience :) a nice fellow from my homecountry.
For what you get the price is pretty good:
