Chez Robert Rabagny, passionné de surf, la décoration est au diapason de ce noble sport, au plafond, des planches dont certaines d'une valeur inestimable, et aux murs, des naïades. Bonheur aussi pour les papilles car déjeuner ou dîner, dans ce cadre insolite, c'est faire le plein d'iode avec une cuisine de poissons. Sur l'ardoise ou sur la carte, beaucoup de poissons donc, des huîtres, des fruits de mer (de Pâques à septembre) mais aussi un fameux confit de canard ou une côte de boeuf. We shared all our starters and they were all delicious, especially the seafood plate and the stuffed txangurro (it's a traditional plate made from spider crab). Also, the duck breast fillet I ordered was perfectly cooked. Good price/quality. I will come back if I go to Biarritz again!
