This is an iconic spot, but I can't help but feeling a bit disappointed…read more The building itself is old-school in a good way. Very warm and inviting. Service was decent, not great. Staff surprisingly didn't offer much in terms of recommendations even when asked, and though they were friendly enough, they seemed to be going through the motions. Wine list was solid, though not great. There was very little in terms of truly outstanding producers, and it was a bit overpriced. We did have a nice bottle but not necessarily something that blew our minds. I expected a better wine list for such a classic Bordeaux restaurant. Last, the food was a bit average. My wife and I shared the Chateaubriand, Pot au Feu, and fries. The steak was very good, but the food in the Pot au Feu was a bit bland and soft -- we didn't eat much of it. The fries were fine but could've been crispier. Overall, I'm happy I finally got to visit this iconic spot, but I think the kitchen and wine list are in need of a bit of an overhaul.

Belle découverte et surtout belle recommandation de yelpeurs que ce restaurant ambiance mille et une nuits au bord du lac de #BISCA. Mojito, jus de fruits pressés, plateau de grignotage asiatique, salades de la mer, assiettes de poissons du jour, tout était délicieux et joliment présenté. Et c'est aussi le cadre enchanteur et l'accueil par des jeunes filles en tenue de danseuses orientales qui nous a séduit. Bon, nous avons dû partir alors que les premières danses orientales pimentaient la soirée! Mais c'est promis, nous reviendrons au moins pour le café gourmand, et pour goûter à d'autres délices de la carte. PS : heureusement que nous avions réservé, conseil, demander une table au bord du lac. read more

J'y suis allée pour la première fois en 2013 pour mon anniversaire en amoureux ! C'était incroyable : le cadre (les pieds dans le sable sur des petits canapés avec des rideaux pour un peu d'intimité) , une ambiance top avec un service très agréable et enfin pour finir des cocktails et des plats délicieux. L'idyllique Crostini de bœuf (je crois) est fabuleux avec sa brioche comportée de poire et sa glace au chèvre juste parfait ! Bref tellement extraordinaire qu'on y est retourne cet été et qu'on attendu ça pendant longtemps ! read more

Super plage & super resto ! Franchement je suis tres content de cette journée passé à la plage y compris le repas SUPER BON de midi les pied dans le sable les fesses sur les canapés avec LA vue sur le plus beau lac :) Tou simplement IDYLLIK ! read more
