Azul was an amazing help in booking us a day tour to the Gamboa Winery and also with our airport pickup. Honestly, the concierge front desk and other members at Home Hotel are what made the stay amazing. They are lovely and wonderful to chat with and super helpful! We had booked the two-story Suite for our stay. It turned out to be cheaper for three people to book than two separate rooms, and we really liked the idea of having extra hangout spaces outside and a kitchen. With the weather and mosquitoes, hanging outside was out of the question (not Home's fault). With the rain unfortunately came some leaks from our ceiling right at the end of the hideaway couch bed. Home Hotel staff offered my brother a separate suite since it leaked onto the bed. I did also notice the upstairs holds moisture all day even with the sliding door in the bathroom open while showering, I would recommend a fan in the bathroom or upstairs to remove moisture. Some other great aspects at Home were the delicious breakfasts and lattes each morning - I really looked forward to this! And the massages were amazing!! Honestly, I would come to hang out during the day but maybe double-check the room. I really want to give them at least 4 stars but the room is where I want to feel most comfortable during my stay.

We stayed here a year ago and it was just as amazing and awe-inspiring as the last time. Last year we stayed in the newer building of the hotel, but this time we got to stay in the Palacio, and it was every bit as wonderful as I had imagined. We got to stay in a suite that had a great view of the Maison next door and every touch in our suite was dripping with opulence and chic details. I know it's odd to point out the door handles, but oh my word, the door handles were so nice! As with all stays at Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau, you get access to some great views. The courtyard view is mind-blowingly stunning. The grounds are so meticulously landscaped. We had breakfast every morning onsite at Giola. To get there from the Palacio, you can walk through the subterranean art gallery and just be blown away by how such a special, unique place exists. Palacio Duhau is also well located in Recoleta. We started many of our adventures walking from the hotel to our destinations; another perk of this hotel. In the realm of luxury hotels, Park Hyatts are hard to beat- it truly feels like a vacation staying at such a nice property where everything comes together so beautifully. We'll definitely be back!

The breakfast buffet in Goia is outstanding and they also allow you to order an entree off the menu. My daughter ordered the scrumptious French toast twice during our trip. We had dinner at Duhau and it was one of the most memorable meals we have had. The pumpkin- filled pasta and vanilla cake dessert were truly outstanding. On our next stay to Buenos Aires, I would love to stay in the original palace building.

We tried several cafes, ice cream shops, and restaurants because things are so close by. We were also able to use the bus and subway easily from here. The rooms are very quiet, large, and very clean. Since it's a boutique hotel, even when it's full, it does not feel crowded or busy. The staff are all really friendly and helpful! The desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful. The breakfast they include is so good, you can skip lunch if you take advantage of it. They give you toast, a media luna (a small, slightly sweet croissant), yogurt, orange juice, and coffee to start! You can add one of a few other choices- omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and a few other choices. They will also make you an espresso drink, which is very good! In fact, if Antonalia is working, she makes the cutest animals on the lattes or cappuccinos. We also decided to eat dinner here one night and the food was excellent! We didn't try it but the wine collection is awesome. Highly, highly recommend this place! Note: We were here for over two weeks so we used a laundry shop around the corner to get our clothes washed instead of using the hotel's service, just so it wouldn't be so expensive. This was a great option for us because we dropped off in the morning and could pick up before 6 pm.

It seems that everyday restaurants around the square setup seating so you can dine and enjoy the weather. There are people who will come up to you and try to sell you things, but ignore them and they will go away. The hotel also has a nicely decorated wine bar and restaurant on the lower level. It was never busy and the food and wine there was very good. And the location has cobblestone roads and there are cafes and wine shops galore! There are also an over abundance of gift shops so you can find whatever you may desire. On the negative side, the hotel room bathroom sometimes smelled of sewage (not great), the shower didn't drain well so you found yourself standing in a mini pool for your toes, and they didn't give any wash clothes. They have one sponge to bathe with, but one isn't quite enough when you have more than one person in the room with you. My wife and I love each other, but we tend not to want to share a bathing sponge! It's not quite like sharing a toothbrush but close enough! Overall, the good outweighed the bad, and it is a cool place to stay for a short trip.

Hotel Madero is simply ABOVE AND BEYOND with their service, attention, solutions. I wish we had it around the world and not just in Buenos Aires. From the simplest thing like cleaning a room, to any call to reception to request something. Excellence is not even close to any word that could describe them. I had the pleasure to stay here for 8 days and 7 nights... we would have breakfast ready by the time we would wake up. Their breakfast buffet is excellent!! I loved it!! Loved the service from each and all their employees. We also had the pleasure to request room services in two occasions and their food was just as delightful as their breakfast. Their menu is hugely varied and everything tasted heavenly. Me and my partner became closed to one of their bellboys, his name is Renzo. We would call to reception to ask for help with anything and they would solve it within 5 seconds. They provide free wifi in all areas of their awesome hotel for those who don't have service out of the US as well. Most thoughtful crew and hotel I have ever encountered. I wish I can go back to Buenos Aires someday mainly to stay again at the Hotel Madero. It was a great time!!!!
