Loved our stay here. This is a big hotel with big hotel amenities. A nice pool on the 7th floor. Great gym. Service was consistently great throughout. Awesome central location in Puerto Madero.

I was here for three days on business. Perfect stay from start to finish. Check in was super quick. Every employee I interacted in my time here was helpful and very friendly. I felt like a valued guest My room was large and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the location. It is easy to walk into the middle of town from here and there are so many restaurants close to the hotel. I spent a lot of time walking in the area. It felt very safe. There is also a beautiful park just across from the hotel. I will definitely look forward to coming back.

This Hilton is located in Puerto Madera district in Buenos Aires which is a really nice and safe area to stay in. There are a ton of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The rooms are pretty big in size, and the rooms are older fashioned. I opted to not get breakfast there at $28 USD per person per day for breakfast and spent that money on awesome food in the area. I heard that the breakfast served is very basic and not worth $10. When i was there, they were doing construction and i could hear it all day and all night.

I could go five stars on this Hilton. The staff is entirely professional, bartenders do great drinks and the food is Argentinian at its best. My room was good with everything brand new. There is plenty of security and when I went for a sidewalk stroll they watched over me. Though it's not in a bad neighborhood, it's sketchy. So, be aware. Be careful.

Painfully, because I am a Hilton fan; I will say I was not dissapointed with the facility but I think the value ROI is very low. The rates are way high for the room you can get. Nothing was outstanding. It was a good hotel but with that money you can get nicer and newer rooms in other hotels and use spare money for show, food or night out. The room as you can see from pictures is ample, great restroom separate shower and tub setting with OK vanity and OK amenities. Bed and mattress were good nothing major. Led TV is too small for this chain and this room. Good work desk and lounge table and chairs. My room on 2nd floor had a nice street view. The pool of the hotel is one of the best I have seen in hotels in bsas roof top nice view but small for hotel size. But one of the nicest areas of the hotel. The gym is one of the best in hotels in Buenos Aires. Plenty of cardiovascular a day weight equipment. Right next to it there is a men only spa. Massage treatments and some other treatments can be scheduled. In men spa there are showers dry sauna and men's steam room vapor hombres solamente. Lounge area a day plenty of lockers. These could be switched to be electronic key. All guests must have a room key that could be used to open and lock lockers. This was a high point of the hotel but not worth the extra rate per night. I liked the lobby w bar and restaurant and a lounge area. check in and out was easy but wished they organized a queue as some people don't get a hint of order. Simple post and line set up. 4 elevators move everyone efficiently. The whole team staff throughout the hotel is top notch and nice as can be. By dar the best asset and value this hotel has. Location is great. A bit on the "for tourists" side but Puerto Madero is vibrant and safe and close to many other safe areas in Buenos Aires. A great city and country with amazing people.

Stayed here for a night and it was good. The staff who checked us in was a trainee, so she didn't enough knowledge for benefits for us being a gold member. There were not bottles of water upon check in, so we had to ask for them. Very nice lobby and the room. I was disappointed breakfast. It wasn't great at all. I asked for tea, but the server never came back for it. The hotel was clean, but the service wasn't great at all.

If only the Hiltons were like this in the USA! A truly great business hotel. Came for a conference, stayed for 5 days, couldn't be any better. They stored my stuff while I was in Patagonia, and let me use the exercise facility, which was very well equipped - pool outdoors but it was still a bit chilly, so didn't use it. Florencia and Adrian, concierge and manager, were super helpful. My large room, on the executive 9th floor, was quiet, spacious and had a great view. Hilton Honors internet, very speedy. Breakfast in the lounge was perfect. Room service was fast, with high quality good food. Housekeeping was excellent, the location in Puerto Madero superb - highly recommended, might be the best in South America!

Everything about this hotel is first rate: the location, the service, the quarters, the restaurants and service. We were lucky enough to snag 4-nights on points because this is an IHG Hotel and we are IHG Spire Elite Members. The service here is extraordinary. Need tickets to a nearby Tango show? You'll get help at the front desk for bookings and the hotel will arrange for a hotel van to take you over and back. Need a ride to the port to take the high-speed catamaran from B.A. to Montivideo? No problem. The hotel will arrange for a taxi to take you there. Want to get out of the hotel and stop at a Starbucks, a cafe, a pharmacy, or just take a walk around? No worries. The hotel is smack-dab in middle of where all of the action is in the downtown B.A. area. Want to go out at night? The staff will caution you about security and help you make arrangements. Street security can be dodgy in B.A. at night. If you're in B.A., this is a great place to stay. Go and enjoy!

The location is perfect -- central and convenient -- but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the fabulous service across the board. We stayed in a king room that (albeit on the smaller side) felt spacious with high ceilings, super comfortable and still so posh. The restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations, with delicious food and expertly crafted drinks that kept us coming back throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the staff. From the attendants to the concierge and everyone at the restaurant/bar (and breakfast bar), they were warm, professional, and endlessly accommodating -- always ready to help with directions or small requests. They even let us store our bags and use the gym space to freshen up before our departure, which made a huge difference on a long travel day. In short, Hotel Savoy made us feel at home and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires, and we'll definitely be back!

Where do I even begin?!?!…read more We recently spent 10 days in Argentina for our honeymoon and stayed at The Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires during that leg of our trip. Located in the Recoleta neighborhood surrounded by various museums, historical landmarks restaurants, and shopping boutiques all in walking distance, this hotel was an excellent "home base" for us getting around the city, and for simply relaxing to enjoy our honeymoon. We checked in after spending a total of 14 hours in the air, first from Miami to New York City, then from New York City down to Buenos Aires. This was actually our first ever stay at a Four Seasons branded property, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were congratulated by the Front Desk staff right away for our marriage and celebrating our subsequent honeymoon with them. They were extremely thorough in getting us maps for our use. and printing out the itinerary I had made with their concierge for the week ahead, including a tour and several restaurant reservations we had. There was a small snag with our Mansion View King Room and the staff offered to change us to another room that they were getting ready. In the meantime, they held our luggage while we were able to enjoy the pool on a warm Buenos Aires day. The pool area itself was very nice with plenty of staff members around, eager to help with pool chair and umbrella service. The outdoor pool at The Four Seasons is one of the few, if not the only, outdoor hotel pool areas in the city. There was plenty of sunscreen and water stations for us to use, and the pool itself was a very comfortable size. After about 2 hours, our new room was ready. We were informed that we were being moved to a Mansion View Junior Suite with E-Lounge access. Honestly, this change/upgrade exceeded even our wildest expectations! This wasn't something we were looking for when the staff acknowledged the issue our original room had, and has made us Four Seasons fans for life. The Junior Suite itself (Room 809) was spacious. We had a nicely laid our living room area that divided the living area from the sleeping area. Don't even get me started on those Four Seasons beds-- probably the best sleep either of us ever had in our life! The bathrooms are nicely appointed and also included a TV in the mirror (a first for me). The E-Lounge area was our go-to spot for breakfast. Every morning, they carried a variety of fresh fruits, coffee, fruit juices, pastries, and yogurts. In the late afternoon, they switched their offerings out for little sandwiches and wraps, snack bites like chips, charcuterie, and were always stocked with a bottle of red and white wine for visitors to enjoy. It also had a very nice outdoor balcony with a seating area to enjoy views out to Recoleta. Dinner at Elena was FANTASTIC (more on that in a separate review), and the service was exemplary and arguably the best we've experience at any hotel so far. They helped us understand how to best get around (Uber is very easy to use in Argentina) and other pointers on where to eat and other points of interest. Most places in Recoleta and Palermo either have some sort of public wifi or have easy access to a cafe or bar where you can connect to order your ride share. Although we were very excited to check out Patagonia, we were very sad to leave the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. We had a very fulfilling 4 day stay that also somehow did not feel like enough because of how well we were taken care of. As I said before, this was our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel, and now we are customers/believers for life! Should it make sense on future travels, they will be our hotel of choice. And certainly in Buenos Aires, they made an impression on us that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Charo Muro, Gianlucca Casazza, Milagros Araujo, and so many others for making our honeymoon stay so relaxing and memorable!

As with other properties in this chain, service is their hallmark from the bell staff to the front desk to the pool attendants and housekeepers. Everyone seems centered on ensuring your satisfaction. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated in a beige color pallet and it felt classy. Despite overlooking the freeway (aka "city view") it was pretty quiet. The AC was quiet yet powerful enough to take on the strong southern sunshine in late January, although like more and more hotels, the ability to lower the temperature in the room below 21 (72) was an illusion. As someone who sleeps more soundly in a cooler room, I find this annoying. The bathroom featured a large modern soaking tub along with a full shower and segregated toilet area with bidet. The only disappointment was the lack of double sink. The overhead rain shower delivers an extraordinary amount of water -don't look up for risk of drowning! It's almost like standing under a fire hose and felt very indulgent. We spent a couple of hours at the smart outdoor pool with its ample staff ready to set up chairs and provide shade as needed. Drinks and food can be ordered at the pool as well. The pool itself was refreshing and be sure to note that it drops off rather quickly to 6-8 feet or more. We dined at Elena, the highly regarded restaurant in the hotel-twice for dinner and again for breakfast which was included in our room rate. The morning buffet was lavish with breads, cheeses, salumi, eggs and much more. No one is going hungry here. Finally, the WiFi in the room (202) and lobby and pool were all rather weak and slow by today's standards-very surprising given the quality of the hotel. We enjoyed our short stay.

It's in a tourist-friendly part of town, easily walkable to restaurants and local attractions, and it has quite a lovely main entry, bar, and pool patio. But the hotel itself has major drawbacks both in service and room quality. I experienced a laissez-faire delay in my check-in (with my keys lying visible on one person's desk but no updates given to anyone else on staff, despite my repeated inquiries), which was not particularly appreciated after a long-haul journey, and the layout of my room was narrow and unpleasant. The bathroom was not a separate walled-off space but instead a glass cubicle within the main room, just feet from the bed and tight on space. Inside the bath cubicle, to achieve privacy it was necessary to close the door on the glass wall and then draw velvet curtains from both left and right. In using the shower, it was not possible to utilize the drying mat provided or reach a towel easily, as the glass door to the shower opened out toward the sink, hitting the mat and making it impossible to reach the towel hook. Drainage at the shower was also a little iffy. The toilet area involved yet another glass door, again making privacy an issue and further truncating the space, with all three glass doors opening in toward the sink. It was quite difficult to use the facilities at night without waking a partner in the room (since turning on a light in the glass-wall cubicle was not viable). The room itself had a bit of Old World charm -- a bit outdated in style and tired from wear but attractive overall despite missing basics such as larger nightstands, a clock, etc. While there are surely beautiful suites to be had at the Faena, the standard room falls short and, unfortunately, feels a bit substandard instead.

We arrived just before noon after 25+ hours of traveling with 2 connections from Vancouver, Canada and was pleasantly greeted by our bright, spacious, clean and modern suite (a large room with a king bed and spacious seating area). Although our balcony / room is on the back side of the hotel, it is quiet and quaint with a neighbourhood view. We look down to a lovely courtyard of the building next door. There are 2 pairs of ample closets (a hanging closet and a closet with drawers) for him and her (or him and him in our case) separated by a coffee bar / mini fridge in the middle. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate shower from the tub. I also like how the toilet / bidet is separated by a partition from the sinks and shower. Our room package included a daily breakfast in the restaurant. It's a buffet setup but you can also order a few specialty items off the menu. It was a rather opulent buffet for the boutique hotel. The cold table had a variety of oatmeals/cereals/yogurts, fruits, cold cuts, cheese and smoked salmon. The hot table offered scrambled egg, bacon, chorizo, croque monsieur, breakfast potatoes, French toasts. There were also a good variety of bakery items including toasts, medialunas, the essential alfajores, and many other dessert bits. Although you are serviced poured coffee and orange juice at your table, there is an also a coffee machine offering about 8-10 specialty coffee and hot beverage items. The juice cart also has half a dozen different juices to choose from. ' The hotel is very centrally located at the southern end of Recoleta. Most destinations are with 20 minutes to 60 minutes on foot depending on your propensity of adventuring on foot. Taxi rides are inexpensive compared to N American rates and the Subte (subway) reaches a vast area of BA and the closest station to the hotel is just a block away. We walked everywhere: 20 minutes to the heart of Recoleta (the cemetery), 30 minutes to Plaza de Mayo, 45 minutes to Palermo and about 60 minutes to Puerto Madero. San Telmo is about 60 minutes on foot but we opted to take a taxi (called by the front desk for us) that morning. The hotel billed us in ARS so it was great for us after converting to CAD due to the prevalent exchange rate. I would stay at the Palladio again in heart beat.
