After we paid him, I noticed he mulched a section that was supposed to be stones. We called him and he said, he misunderstood and to call him in 2 weeks and he would come back and put the stones. We've called him several times and left messages and he has not called us back. He did not trim the bushes in the front of the house, missed a few in the back yard and did not do very good at edging. Spoke with Justin on the phone, and he happened to be near our town,came out, reviewed our situation and gave us, what I believe was a far price. Was to take care of it in a few days but was able to come out the next day. Completed the job in one day with the second day of cleaning up any debris that was left behind. Our neighbor was informed that we would be trimming our trees and liked what he saw, booked Justin to take care of a similar issue with one of his trees. I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same. They are not responsive, clearly a bit sexist and overall just a bad product and given how my lawn looks I'm not sure they really know what they're doing.
