Expect a pork terrine, a fish, a soup, a lamb, a ravioli, a duck and a salad. I was a little worried as it seemed very limited, but everything ended of being phenomenal.
We shared the delicate cheese raviolis to start, covered in chives and cream. Then I had the fish and my husband had the lamb.
All their ingredients are local and organic. The fish was so delicate with perfectly cooked veggies. The lamb was rich but fork tender. I stole more than a couple bites.
For dessert we had the mascarpone tart and the gingerbread and vanilla ice creams. So, so good.
We had two bottles of fabulous burgundys (yes two, because when in Rome!). The wines were silly good. This dinner helped affirm that I love Beaune.
