It's very country, Texas, redneck style music, not what I would expect in France let alone Lyon. Most Americans don't listen to that style of country. One song was title I'm a redneck woman or something like thay. Most if not all restaurants played a mix of American, French and international music but this music felt like I was in the backwoods of Confederate Alabama, Texas, etc. you can be an American influenced steakhouse without the country music.

At least 2 other groups were turned away after us since there was no room left at the bar, and all the tables were reserved. He's not a seafood fan, so this place luckily had a burger and steak option for him. I loved my lobster roll. Like the other reviews mentioned, it has a vinegary-herby taste, no mayo. So delish and it was much more food than I could finish. Husbands burger was also tasty. It was cooked medium rare like he asked, and there was a hint of BBQ sauce or something I couldn't figure out what it was. Definitely different from the regular burgers we have at home. We each had a glass of wine and the bill came out to 61CHF. Overall, great experience, tasty food, reasonable prices (remember we're in Switzerland after all).
