I was told outright lies about this field of study being wide open and employment opportunities being great, so as a disabled vet with a service animal, I decided to go there. Not only did I face discrimination because of my service animal, but this school can NOT keep employees to teach the varying subjects. They also constantly change employees in the schools administration! It's damn near impossible for HIMBC students to find employment after graduation either. After 25K in loans and grants, good luck finding a job in your field of study! I'm going to have to claim bankruptcy now, because I can not afford the federal loan debt I have.

I also love that they have large glass windows/walls which allows you to get some natural sunlight and also see outside. They also have vending machines that are filled with drinks and snacks. It's a perfect library because it's quiet, but there are also snacks that you can buy and enjoy. When I walked in, I saw a bunch of ear plugs! No more having to listen to people around you type loudly on their keyboards! Parking can be very difficult though that only street parking and it fills up quickly. That's why I came on a Friday during the summer time because there was hardly anyone there in the afternoon.

To explain...after being diagnosed with brain cancer, SELU, with full medical information (diagnosis, proof of cancer treatment, etc.) continued to demand a $792 bill be paid by my son who had to withdraw from school. SELU even went as far as sending a threatening letter to refer him for legal action to the attorney general if it wasn't paid. With no one willing to waive this payment (after several calls), I paid the bill to get the school to leave him alone while he continued to recover.
