The office is very professional and they spoke fluent English. The location is easy to get to and very clean and welcoming. I have had many massages to help me cope with chronic pain. The massage I had from Ellen was top notch. She was excellent. I felt in good hands. Her skills are fantastic and her personality was kind. My husband saw Sylviane ( I think that's how to spell her name) and he gave rave reviews to her as well. He said best massage ever! We will go back every time we visit Quebec City!

We couldn't book any of the treatments or massages bcuz they were fully booked for the day, and we had decided to drop in last minute (taking advantage of their Black Friday Sale.) Coming from Toronto, ON I'd say we've been pretty spoiled with the Scandinave Spa up in Blue Mountain, which has always been our go-to... no other spa has quite measured up... including the Sky Spa. It was a lot smaller than we expected, but then again it is located on the top of one of Quebec's tallest skyscrapers. We were hoping to grab lunch there... and a couple of those cute cappuccinos with the heart designs, but apparently the "food truck" never came that day. So, we ventured to the Bulle bistro d'altitude fine dining experience next door! We're glad we did, as the Sky Spa didn't offer any refreshments, except for some tap water garnished with sliced lemons. It was our first time there and got a little lost inside. We couldn't find our way around and there was literally no one to escort us out to the patio, so we spent a lot of time wandering around. This is when we discovered the eucalyptus steam room (my favorite!) And the hot sauna room (Kristen's preference.) I think I saw a bar inside but it wasn't open. We arrived around 3p.m. on a weekday, so I'm not sure why the food and beverages had been shut down entirely, or why there was no one to answer any of our Qs. It would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine... or something. We took a lot of selfies on the hot tub patio, as there was no supervision to tell us otherwise, or to ask people to be quiet. It was more of a laid back, chilled vibe. Let's connect! This is NOT that experience. Under new management and with a new location, this is NOT a spa experience. It is a service at the YMCA.
