The menu, sophisticated and varied, changes each season to showcase a different area of France. That evening, I started with the Tartare d'Huîtres. This very original appetizer was delicious, with a tiny sweet touch that the chef told me came from mangoes. I then had the cod, perfectly cooked and served with a delicious and refreshing carrot puree. To end this lovely meal, I had a decadent Opera. Since there were 6 of us for dinner, I got to taste my sister's family dishes. Everything was delicious and everybody was very happy with their food. We had a wonderful evening at La Pergola!

Just floored by how good this meal was. Fair warning for any of you primarily English-speaking folks it might be a little challenging to communicate but don't let that stop you. The staff is super helpful too. FOOD: Had the steak prepared just right. Tender and juicy without any cow sounds coming from the meat. It was cooked in a red wine reduction that was a perfect match. Served with pommes frites (French fries) they potatoes were perfect! A good selection of dessert to choose from but I wanted to try the mille feuille and had no regrets! SERVICE: Even though the menu was in French they were very willing to help explain what was in the menu. Got exactly what I was hoping for and more. Great service!
