The food is of good quality, the servings are quite generous, and considering that, it's quite cheap. I once had the traditional full Beijing roast duck (which you have to order 24 hours in advance) with my family. And having lived in Beijing and tried roast duck there, we thought it was very good. The menu offers a lot of choice; it's hard not to find something you like. My personal favorites are the roast duck, caramel pork, and duck with bamboo sprouts and mushrooms. And the nems are absolutely delicious and crispy, so are the fried dumplings. The staff are really nice, efficient, and make you feel welcome. One of my friends is allergic to certain ingredients frequently used in Asian cuisine, and was quite pleased to see that the staff knew exactly in which dishes they were used and could help him avoid choosing such dishes. Also, kir and prawn chips are always offered while you order. Also, they have quite a lot of space, so it's a nice place to eat with a large group of friends or family. So far, all the people I've eaten there with enjoyed it. If you want to get take-out, the waiting time isn't very long and the servings are just at generous despite the discount, and you're generally offered a kir if you wait for your order at the restaurant. It's undeniably the best Chinese restaurant in Sèvres.
