We really enjoyed the bed of arugula it was served on as well as the shaved Parmesan on the side that I used to top my spaghetti a la Carbonara. Which was also a fabulous dish. Not too creamy, but the crispy pancetta/bacon was full of flavor. It was a very good late lunch. The service was a little slow but understandable since a lot of places close around 14:30 and open up again in the evening about 18:00. They were extremely busy. We ate in the air conditioned inside area and I could see the chefs whipping up the wonderful food.

The pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella was just the right mix of soft and crisp, the tomato sauce tasted super fresh. The tiramisu was very good and the seada was an interesting foray into Sardinian pastries. I'd love to dine there again but unfortunately this is our only stay in Olbia. The decor was modern with lots of beautiful wood, albeit a bit cheap in some places (tablecloth made from paper). The service staff was very friendly and supportive.

Now to that sucking pig! When it came, and I had my first bite, that crispy skin called my name! The pork was juicy and tasted delicious but I cannot put into words how that crispy skin made me happy. To say that does not do it justice. Order it, it's a lot! But get it.
