We really enjoyed the bed of arugula it was served on as well as the shaved Parmesan on the side that I used to top my spaghetti a la Carbonara. Which was also a fabulous dish. Not too creamy, but the crispy pancetta/bacon was full of flavor. It was a very good late lunch. The service was a little slow but understandable since a lot of places close around 14:30 and open up again in the evening about 18:00. They were extremely busy. We ate in the air conditioned inside area and I could see the chefs whipping up the wonderful food.

I always feel like I'm able to eat more pizza in Italy but this whole pizza went down soooo easy. Classic Naples-style margherita was one of the best I had on the trip! We would love to come back one day! My mouth is watering writing this.

Very crowded and very noisy - but extremely good food! The Paccheri DaDino (calamarata, sort of…read moreshort but giant rigatoni, with eggplant and cheese) was to die for: the pasta, cooked al dente, contrasted beautifully with the creamy soft eggplant. The pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella was just the right mix of soft and crisp, the tomato sauce tasted super fresh. The tiramisu was very good and the seada was an interesting foray into Sardinian pastries. I'd love to dine there again but unfortunately this is our only stay in Olbia. The decor was modern with lots of beautiful wood, albeit a bit cheap in some places (tablecloth made from paper). The service staff was very friendly and supportive.

Service personnel doesn't care about the customers at all. All tables will be full anyway, however bad they are rated online. The chairs are plastic, no salt Peper or old on the table, the music from the bar next door was so loud we could hardly understand each other. After eating here we walked around a bit and saw many much more cosy restaurants. This restaurant does have WiFi and the food tasted average to good.

Terranostra Trattoria offers a small menu of super creative dishes, including a variety of special…read morepizzas. The Olbia was topped with fior di latte, shell-on mussels, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and bottarga. This was the first time I've had whole mussels on a pizza, and the combination of seafood vegetables, tomato sauce, and cheese worked nicely together. The Mortazza was topped with mortadella, crushed pistachios, and burrata; and the Focaccia Estate (my favorite) was topped with burrata, arugula, fresh tuna, and cherry tomatoes. The latter two pies were "focacce" (pre-baked crust with no cheese and no tomato sauce) and had a delightfully thin, crispy base. Finally, perhaps the most creative dish we had was the Blue Spaghetti (colored with spirulina), mixed with algae butter and topped with tuna tartar and toasted almonds. This unusual dish was a bit heavy on the butter, but the blue pasta and creative toppings were definitely a memorable highlight!
