I mentioned I thought 4-5 outlets needed repair, and was quoted $400. When the electrician came, the outlets were functional, my tenant just didn't know they were tied to light switches. He spent 25 minutes on-site and only did light wiring on two outlets, but still charged $350 because "that's what was quoted." No materials used, just labor. He did give a $50 discount, but $350 for 25 minutes is the most I've ever paid for basic electrical work. When I pushed back, he said "Google placement is expensive." If you use this company, insist on a basic service call first. Don't agree to pricing until someone actually sees the problem.

Called electrician on call, and Dave, the owner, came out a few hours later. He found the problem, ran the diagnostics and confirmed the easy fix. I have referred them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so, as they never disappoint. My friends have thanked me for saving them potentially thousands of dollars from what other HVAC companies were going to charge. A few years ago, a commonly used big box company recommended I buy a new system due to the age of my unit, despite the fact that my unit was running fine. I called electrician on call for a second opinion. Dave came out, assessed my unit, and said "absolutely not, your unit is running fine. When the time comes, call me and I'll take care of it." That was over 2 years ago, and my "old" unit continues to run fine, except for this most recent issue, which only needed a new wire. I recommend them 100%, hands down

Jay diagnosed the issue properly (not just a quick fix), found unsafe, outdated wiring in our attic, and replaced the aluminum wiring with copper to make everything safer and more reliable.
