These guys are THE pros. If your vehicle matters to you, L & S is the place to take it. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is beyond compare. I purchased a new Ford F-150 several years ago. I wanted leather upholstery but the upgrade included a bunch of other expensive options that I didn't want. The dealership suggested that I purchase a Roadwire leather kit and have L & S install it. I did just that and the results were impeccable. Recently, the Mrs and I took our 23-year-old Toyota 4-Runner to them. L & S replaced the carpeting and headliner since the originals had been damaged by water intrusion caused by a leaking sunroof. They completely stripped the interior and disinfected it prior to installing the new carpet and headliner. Our " baby" (which we purchased new in 1999) is gorgeous. Don't trust your vehicle (auto, truck, boat, or aircraft) to amateurs. L & S is the ONLY place to take it. I had a fair amount of work done at this business... Thought I should share my last interaction for your consideration. Not at all interested in this businesses response either. I had Corvette seats recovered with my supplied leather covers. Installed covers fine, but charged $60 for respraying seat tracks, which they did a poor job of, I didn't ask for or authorize this when I dropped seats off. Weren't paint prepped well at all. Next, paid 5k for new truck interior, power 60/40 leather seats that were not installed well or at comfortable ride height, otherwise, good work. Next had exercise equipment recovered, good job. Next paid to have another truck interior done, $1100, seats, door panels visor, headliner...good work except for seat track paint job again. Next went to buy patio furniture seat foam. Pricey but that's the nature of good seat foam. Next had overhead console recovered.. good job. Next went in to have truck seats recovered, after trying to decide what materials to use, I sensed some attitude issues with Lee, part owner. I asked if he would rather I take my business elsewhere to which he answered "yeah, I spend a lot of time with you and don't get a lot in return". That's cold after all the coin I've dropped at L&S in my opinion. So I said, "well I'm glad I asked then" and left never to return. Debated leaving a review but I've grown weary of disrespect in my interactions with peeps, and Lee disrespected me imo, based on past business done with minimal interaction in my judgement... Guess me being careful not to pick the wrong seat fabric on these seats like on the $1100 truck job was more than he could bear. He sold me a velour fabric that was so grippy, I had to lift myself up to get in...unlike the stock velour that was softer and easy to slide across while being seated. Anyway Lee, you surprised me with your behavior after all our completed business that I NEVER complained to you or anyone else about till now. This business has been around since 1952 and is nationally known for high quality auto and marine upholstery/trim work. They do custom work on everything from hot-rods to boats to airplanes. I used to send all of my sublet work here when I worked for Mercedes-Benz. I sent them work with total confidence that the work would exceed my customers (high)expectations. My 14 year old boat looks brand new thanks to L&S and Mitch's Fiberglass. The seats I had replaced were less expensive than if I had got them from the original supplier AND the quality of materials was much better at L&S. The material was of way better quality than the original equipment at a better value. They now have a separate business inside the show room. Gary Simpson, local bass fishing pro, has a high quality rod, reel, and lure business inside. They're also offering high quality rod and reel repairs by local fishing icon Don House. Everything about both L&S Auto Trim & Gary's Tackle Box is of the highest quality, but don't let that scare you, because it's also a great value. read more

We explained all the likely scenarios for which we would use the van, whether it was taking our bikes to a state park to ride or to have comfortable place to pullover and rest awhile when traveling. After visiting a local body shop who was not able to help me with my repair (it wasn't something they did), the gentleman there directed me to L & S Auto Trim. I arrived right before 5 PM (closing time) but Lee was still kind enough to take a look at my car. Lee was very friendly and answered all the questions I had for him in regards to my Sebring convertible top. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the top went together. In the end, I did not end up needing the shop's services so I cannot rate on that, but as far as customer service, knowledge, and presentability, I give L & S Auto 5 stars. I hope I don't end up needing to bring my poor car back for repairs sometime in the future, but if I do, I will definitely go here first. read more

I just had my twin engine Beechcraft interior updated by L&S. What outstanding craftsmen they are! From the start of the project, they were entirely transparent, and kept me in the decision loop constantly. They made some great suggestions that made a lot of sense, and made the result "pop." I cannot say enough about Wally and the entire team at L&S. These are serious interior artists, who have earned my trust and gratitude.
