L & L Document Services is an outstanding small business who knows how to make their services convenient for the customers! I was laid over in the Florida area getting ready to deploy down range and needed a notary for a document before I left. I was told last minute that we were leaving a day earlier than expected. I called L & L at 7:10pm hoping they had a notary available since their site said they were open until 8pm. Linda answered the phone and after a little screening brought her services to me in the hotel I was staying within 30 minutes. This is a mobile service and she was nearby! Linda was my saving grace and a blessing! She was professional, courteous, flexible, expedient, and just the nicest lady you'll ever meet. I learned that she offers a variety of services and they work flexible hours and will come to you! What outstanding customer service. Trying to get last minute things done before you leave the country for a few months can be stressful and her immediate response to my last minute needs was a calming feeling.
