If a place can maintain business for that long I figured I'd give it a try. It's simple, you go in drop off your pieces and you'll be asked when you need them by, assuming what you're dropping off is for an upcoming engagement. I told the attendant who I assume to be "Lee" that I didn't have a time. So he told me five days. When I returned the sweaters were folded nicely and wrapped up ready to go. It came out to be about $6.50 a piece. From what I understand the going rate for sweaters in dry cleaning is $4-$9 so I think it's a fair price and was done well. If I need any other dry cleaning I'll consider Lee's and would recommend.

This should be a zero star review…read more Change in management has been an absolute disaster. An order (2 blouses) had been misplaced by prior manager, but they kindly called me when it was found. Unfortunately the management had changed by the time I was able to pick them up and the new team told me that all "unmarked" items were THROWN AWAY. No apologies and no compensation were offered. There are many laundromats in the area to keep up with the many apartment buildings devoid of…read morelaundry rooms. My building being one of them, sometimes I like to do drop off wash and fold. I've tried a few of the other laundromats in the area and this one thus far is the best. Each time I've gone it was smooth and always ready in a real timely manner. My guess is because it isn't as popular as the others and a bit off the beaten path so to speak which is fine by me. My latest visit I dropped off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 2 pm, way fast than other times. On top of these the folding and packing is just perfect. Everything is always nicely presented in these large plastic bags that I like to reuse. I also like how there is never any issue with them accepting card payment. They use a clover handheld device. My preffered laundromat and suggest it if you're needing to wash clothes and be a bit more low key while doing it.

This is the best dry cleaners that I have done business with during my lifetime…read more I dropped off a half dozen items to be laundered. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. Choi's Valley Cleaners is a jewel!
