They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.

I was scared they may be backed up but they were at my house the next day ready to inspect! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. After finding out it was totaled they worked with my insurance company to ensure everything would run smooth and would be replaced promptly. It was such a relief to not have to mess with that. They replaced the roof shortly after and did an incredible job! They didn't leave a mess or nails laying around like I see a lot of roofers did in our neighborhood. After all was said and done they even followed up with us a couple months later to ensure we were happy with our roof. We were so impressed by the customer service. Highly recommend using them!
