They are about 2.5 hours away from where I live, but they showed up within two days of my calling and at the exact time they said they would be here. This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days.
