I don't have thousands of dollars for a new well. I was sick. I called JB Water Well and two guys came out. Jacob and Tony were great guys who after about ten minutes of diagnostic work they figured out the leak and fixed it for $517.00. My well went from total catastrophe to a minor little glitch. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office administrator Angela was exceptional at customer service and Tony and Jacob were so thoughtful and professional. They replaced the medium in the water neutralizer, that's all they did. My husband had to help the guy open the unit. So there is an extra charge if the homeowner helps! (Jk) When we priced the medium online, we found the exact same brand and product for $26.00 total without shipping for 20 pounds. Culligan charged us $200! That's a hell of a markup. I do not recommend using this store. If you do, be aware of what you're paying for ahead of time. We had the owner of AquaTec replace the medium in the past, but he sold to Culligan. Now, we're not just old customers of the previous owner. We purchased from Culligan an expensive water softener because my husband did not want to do the installation himself. Thus, we are actual customers of Culligan of Tulsa.
