It was nice that there is a Starbucks across the road so we could grab Starbucks before our pedicures. We were greeted at the front and 2 lovely ladies lead us back to the pedicure area. It is a small nail area, only 2 pedicure chairs but very quiet and private. I had the owner work on my feet and she was very informative and sweet. The other lady working on my friend does some AMAZING Japanese Nail art and we got a chance to look through her samples. Once I remove my artificial nails I will try her out for some great, unique shellac nails. Our pedicure was a standard pedicure, very clean. It costs $55. Most of the salons in central alberta are more on the pricier side (coming from Toronto you get used to the same pedicures but for $25) I want to try their facials there, will definitely return.

Technician was Kim and would not listen to my requests, (I asked 3-4 times for them to be thinner) so eventually I gave up asking. Got home and realized I could not live with them until my next fill. Asked for a refund and they said they would fix them instead. Went to get them fixed would need a new set to fix them now, the tech Tony was so rough and broke my nail into the nail bed, causing pain and discomfort. I asked to have them removed at that point and again a refund. Was told he is working for free so they don't do refunds (but he could do 50%) then proceeded to burn my nails with the grinder and be rough to get me out the door.
