She took off pretty much all my nails for a my fill and I wanted designs as well but by the time she was finished fixing what she had broke I had already been there too long. I felt bad for the customer beside me. Her and I got there around the same time and she waited long than me to get started. She was told $105 at the desk then later was told it was going to be more. She asked what could be done to get back to $105 but they were flat out rude and told her that they no longer had time and told her to leave. The reason they didn't have time was because they had her wait for so long. If you ask me it was very unfair. Never going back!!!!!!

I have never heard of this before and I was not informed about this before hand. I feel ripped off at this point and 100 bucks is a lot of money for them to keep, I am ticked off to say the least!! !

Here is the story; My friend and I booked in for two Spa manicures, the ladies who took care of us were wonderful! We paid extra to get Gel polish. The day after (today) My nail polish started to fall off. Not peel in bits.. I was loosing whole nails. Woke up with one gone, then lost another while doing laundry. Soon I was missing a pinkey. I called and explained what was happening - she said she would put a free services on my account. That was indeed the typical correction I expected. I explained to her that I don't live in Red Deer and the only reason we got it done there was because it is located between my friend and I. I am moving to Hinton, Alberta so we wanted to do something together. (My friend was the one who bought the gift card for us) I explained my situation to the Assistant Manager, Heather. And requested that the free service be given to my friend because I was not going to be able to use it and my friend lives in Lacombe and is in Red Deer often. She told me she couldn't give it to my friend because her nails were fine. So I explained again that I wasn't going to be able to use it. She repeated that the service had to go on my account and my friend could not use it. I was surprised by the repetition of her answer even though she knew I wasn't going to be able to use it. I didn't understand the reasoning behind the fact that I could not gift this service to my friend. (WHO PAID FOR ALL OF IT IN THE FIRST PLACE) Finally I asked if she was the manager, she informed me that she was in fact the assistant manager - she then proceeded to tell me that she would look into it and call me back tomorrow. Conclusion; Customer service is not top priority after you have gotten a service and it wasn't completely satisfactory. I have screenshot of the conversation between my friend and I - I send her pictures of my missing nails in WhatsApp before I even decided to call. I own a marketing agency - and one thing I cannot stand is poor customer service.
