The private tech I normally see was booked and I needed something for the next day and I should've just waited it out. It's a humbling experience going from one back to the other. Update One week after: one nail popped off. My nail beds are so thin from how rough she was filing them down/over filing. Will more than likely not be back again. We waited for about 40 minutes, and we were both taken back and given our pedicures at the same time. The pedicure felt great. I don't normally get pedicures, because I am terrified of getting a fungus, And it had probably been five years since my previous pedicure. I upgraded to the spa pedicure, that included a salt scrub and warm wrap, it was nice. My legs were cool and tangling for about a half hour after pedicure. I wasn't as impressed with the paint . I had a crack in my toenail and asked if it could be taken care of, and they said they would fix it with powder (a man told me they would fix it, and a woman who gave me my pedicure), but they never did. They also didn't use a basecoat, which isn't the end of the world but I always use a base coat so the polish holds better and so when I remove my polish, it doesn't discolor my toenails too much. The salon itself was clean and bright, and appeared to be well ventilated, which are all very important. All of the staff were courteous.

My hand has been slapped away MULTIPLE times, they are easy to be frustrated by what you requested or you in general, and most importantly they are blatantly disrespectful.
