He took his time, was thoughtful and creative, and treated the piece with real care and respect. Even though the initial option we discussed was outside of my current budget, Nino went above and beyond by offering alternative ideas and sound direction that were incredibly helpful and still honored the sentiment of the piece. That level of care and attention meant everything to me. While this project didn't fit the budget this time around, I will absolutely be back for any future framing needs. I am highly impressed by the customer service, the willingness to listen, and the genuine effort to "frame" a client's story in a way that feels personal and thoughtful. Highly recommend, and especially recommend working with Nino.

There are areas where you can sit and just enjoy the breeze and the art so spending more time wouldn't be an issue. It's very well-maintained. Reservations are required online, but I don't think it would be a huge issue if you just showed up and paid up the door. I guess that would depend on how busy it is that particular day. But definitely make reservations in advance if you can, but if you just happen to be in the area and want to stop by, it wouldn't hurt to just pull up. $20 adults, $15 seniors, free ages 12 under 90+ Read and learn about the artists behind the work, they have quite an interesting story. Parking is in a residential neighborhood so be mindful of that. Entry fee is $20. Cash preferred but they do accept Venmo. I can understand how the price can seem steep for people needing to pay for a family. There ended up being a group of 8 of us and we ended up spending at least an hour and a half there. Possibly even more time. So many different picture opportunities and we were blessed with a beautiful sunny southern California day while we were there. The artist was on site while we were there and I made sure to thank him for sharing his beautiful works of art with us. The girl at the front gate was very friendly and happy to share the different payment options. There was artwork around every corner and even in the bathroom. There was even a gift shop that offered a variety of souvenirs and pieces to take home.

Pros: -free parking lot. If by any chance that lot is full, there is 2 hour free street parking directly outside of the parking lot. I visited on a Friday a little after 2pm and parking was still available in the lot -the Yoshimoto Exhibit was in two different sections. One was in the main area by the gift shop area and the other you had to exit the building and walk through the garden (that is where the large painting is on display) -the exhibit was free! They do have a little gift shop area where you could purchase things like books, tote bags, hats and postcards. Cons: -none! Overall, an enjoyable experience. Because there weren't descriptions of the art pieces, my visit was brief. However, glad I got to see this exhibit.
