My mom has been with Nationwide (Mellisa Ray Agency Inc) over 20 years. Like everyone else, her…read morepolicy has gone up every year. I called Mellisa Ray Agency and spoke with Bonita. She offered to bundle my mother's home and car as a discount. That save her a few dollars but I felt her policy was still high. I requested a quote from a different Nationwide broker and got a better quote. Nationwide is Nationwide, the policy quote from different brokers should be fairly the same. I called Bonita back and explained what I had discovered. Initially she gave me some push back about researching for a better quote. After a little back and forward, Bonita presented an insurance quote that made us happy. Bonita's wiliness to spend a few hours working directly to improve my mother's policy has clarified why my mother has stayed with Nationwide for so many years. I recommend Mellisa Ray Agency for your Nationwide broker and ask for Bonita.

If by chance they don't know the answer, you can count on them to find out and relay the information to you promptly. If I was asked to grade Ashley Henry - Statefarm and agents on how they have treated and handled me and my family, I would give them an A+ rating.
