I was assured by the "agent" at this branch, my duplicate payment ($1,738) would be refunded in 5 business days. In a follow up to my follow up, I was told by Bristol West, that it was processed TODAY, July 9th. I get to wait 5 more business days (hopefully) to get my money back. The person at the agency said that she followed up daily on my issue. She must not be very good at her job. Farmers claims are very good. However, paying your bill is a hassle for you. It shouldn't have to be this way.

Bud Hall after several ranting phone messages and emails expressed apologies and said that he understood the loss and that he'd take care of it. Well, lying scumbag Bud Hall did nothing about. They provide a great service! I can always call on them anytime I have an insurance question. Which I found out is much better than calling the insurance co directly. In one instance, after a hail storm in our area, I called our homeowner's policy to check on our coverage. Much later I found out that the operator wrote it up as a claim on our policy. But I never made any claim and had no repairs made. Thankfully, Templeton Insurance Agency was very helpful when I called them. I should have called them in the first Place!
