Pray you don't get hit by someone with Acceptance Insurance. They don't answer phones. They don't…read morereturn calls. They string stuff out as long as they can and always need something else. When you do get a hold of someone, "Yes, your case (claim) is still active and proceeding." After two year statute of limitations passes, "Sorry, we are closing your case because its been 2 years and nothing can be done." All damages were paid - bills, expenses, etc. but not one dime more for actual pain and suffering or inconvenience. Talked to a lawyer back a long time ago and was told not worth their time because they have a reputation of being EXTREMELY difficult to deal with. What a joke.
