JOE signed me up no problem. Great rate, could not complain. Two weeks later I get an email from JOE with the following: "Anthony, I'll fill in the policy number.............you fill in everything else and sign............no need to send voided check......don't need that. Just fill out and sign and email back to me. Thanks, Joe Leath" (Literally the professionalism of his grammar in his first email.) At this point, I am now signed up for automatic payment! Fantastic! At the end of my second month, I get a call from the insurance company saying my payment is late and have a $10 penalty + $5 processing fee charge. After asking the lady who called me about what this fee was, she says she doesn't know! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROCESSING FEE IS FOR?!?!? Without getting too wordy, I end up talking to 2 more people before I talk to JOE over the course of about an hour. It turns out when I sign up for automatic payment, it will not work until the following billing cycle! What kind of antiquated system are they running in 2017! So JOE'S solution, we can waive the $10 late fee, and I will personally send you a check for $5, we just need to confirm we can waive the fee and a will call you back tomorrow. It is now a week later and the call I get is to let my know my policy has expired and I know longer have insurance. If I would like to get things restarted it will be $100 extra to my bill! The irony, the same thing happened to the person who referred me to his company in a different branch. JOE AND HIS STAFF HAVE NO IDEA HOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT WORKS. YOU'RE BETTER OFF DRIVING W/O INSURANCE THAN WORKING WITH THESE GUYS!
