I've had a membership with LA Bikini for at least a year, closer to 2 yrs. In that time I've not had any bad experiences until recently. A few months ago, I arrived for my appointment to find out that the membership pricing had changed. No problem, I renewed my membership for the same plan at the new rate. Why is it that since then, I've not gotten a reminder text for my appointments? My last 2-3 visits I haven't gotten a reminder text, a call and not even a text when I book my next appointment. Because of this, combined with me having a cold, I missed my appointment over the weekend. It is now 11:04 on 2/9/26 and I've left 2 messages for a call back as well as trying to call several other times. I'm not sure if they are closed or what, but I can't get through to anyone. On a side note, I usually schedule with Sophie. However when I came in the last time, my appt was moved to another esthetician without me being told. I should have been informed prior to coming in with n offer to reschedule or keep the same appt with another person. This is not good business practice. This business has a hard time keeping employees. Cancels same day as appointment and cancelled while I was pulling up to get service. The employees complain about the ownership and pay checks bouncing. The owner speaks poorly about past employees and other businesses that so similar service. Will not be going back. read more

I was extremely happy with my experience here! They were all super nice and encouraging. Since it was my first time I was terrified! They were very welcoming and I didn't once feel uncomfortable in any way. The sugarist was AMAZING and I was super happy with the way she did things and how she was easy to talk to. i went in the place today with my friend for our appointments and they were very quiet at first. they checked us in and asked that we wash our hands and return to the waiting room. a woman came in and asked for our IDs then said that since we are minors (even if we got our parents to sign the waiver online) we had to have a parent present. i pointed out that it's not in the policy online and she snapped back saying she's going to reschedule me to next week and that today was booked up. very pushy and rude costumer service, but the interior was nice. read more
