The only downside (missing part) of this place is they had no filter coffee at all, it was completely espresso based. Still I went with a flat white and sat at the window and watched the world go by. There was a good view and the service was friendly. It is styled as most coffee shops are these days. Fairly minimalist in its approach with a less is more attitude to furnishings. They of course have lots of wood finishing , stone finishing , big tables and a fancy (la marazocco) traditional espresso machine. The main thing is the flat white I had tasted great, the service was good and I spent a peaceful and relaxed 15 mins people watching in a nice location.

Food: well-prepared, nicely presented. The fruit with muesli for breakfast is a choice way to start the day; the half-salad/half-soup lunch combo was fantastic the day I had it. Coffee: Does the job! They also have a pretty full range of espresso drinks.

Smoking is allowed inside, which was actually nice as I've always said there are two things any adult should be able to do in a bar: Drink & smoke! The beer & shots flowed freely and we all had a great time. Can't wait to get back there again!

The busum shrimp and grilled prawns were especially good. The Labskaus was very flavorful and tasted perfect with the egg served with it. For main course we had grilled cod fillet with creamed savoy cabbage and parsley potatoes, fish hamburg style which was zander with Dijon mustard sauce and potatoes and Wels filet cardinal style. All our main course dishes were excellent, fish was very fresh, with subtle flavors while keeping the original fish taste intact. They were cooked to perfection and were not dry and chewy. The side of potatoes were good and not too filling. The dijon mustard sauce served as a good dipping sauce, and wasn't overbearing with mustard flavor. My favorite was the wels filet, it was an explosion of delectable flavors and creaminess all at once. The au gratin actually melts in your mouth and you can't have enough of it. One of the best seafood dishes I've had. Too bad you don't get this dish every where, especially the way this restaurant makes it. This restaurant has nailed it and definitely seems like their OG. I highly recommend this dish. For dessert we had their goat cheese, again a perfect ending to an amazing feast. We went here for dinner on a weekday hence it wasn't that crowded. Our server was friendly and made good suggestions from the menu. They have some good views of the water, so make sure you get a table by the window. The food quantity is quite impressive. Overall a great experience with amazing food.

They have a lot of fish on the card. But don't worry they cater for everyone. I have only been in there during lunchtimes where there is a green card with a weekly rotating lunch menu. Each day you can pick from 5 or 6 dishes for a reasonable price. The food is always tasty and I have never had any complaints. And if you think for example the portion is too small? Then say so! Be warned though it is slightly upper-market so the prices are of course upper-market too.
