Today I tried kx barre for the first time which is a mix of ballet/pilaties and yoga
If that sounds easy to you prepare for the burn it's quite a challenge using your body weight hand weights and a squishy ball to balance
I found it to be a great workout and actually found it harder then the kx pilaties class probally because I'm used to it even though I had 4 months off
