I called them to cut and program a new car key, which should have been a straightforward job. After they claimed it was done, I went to test the key -- and of course, it didn't work. When I called to let them know, I was told someone would get back to me. Days passed with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was met with an attitude like I was the inconvenience. The guy on the phone was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care about fixing their mistake. I ended up driving back to their shop, where the same person half-heartedly tried the key again, confirmed it didn't work, and then had the nerve to blame me for the issue. No apology, no offer to make it right -- just excuses and attitude. If you want to throw away your money on a business that doesn't stand by their work, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a locksmith who actually knows what they're doing.
