I generally love Kwik Trip but this one is a problem. They never have enough people checking out. They don't have people jump in the checkout lines and they never have receipts in the pumps one out of five for this trip. read more

This kwik trip has the least amount of crackheads in the area! I feel safer here than the other gas stations around!

So, this now makes it Kwik Trip's sixth new convenience store and gas station in the surrounding St. Cloud area, if my count is correct. This one has a slightly smaller footprint; it didn't seem quite as large as some of the other stores, such as the St. Joseph store or the truck stop location along Highway 10. However, you can't beat the convenience, as this one is located right along busy Division Street in St. Cloud. If I haven't written on my previous Kwik Trip reviews, I'll do so now. I really appreciate the cleanliness of Kwik Trip. There's nothing like walking into a gross bathroom at one of the competitor's places. Kwik Trip has plenty of staff who work hard at keeping the parking lot, the store, the kitchen, and the bathrooms spic and span. How, we the customers, appreciate that!!! It still offers the amazing coffee bar and choices, the hot, convenience foods, fresh produce, inexpensive milk, eggs, bananas, and more. Sign up for their text messages to receive deals directly to your phone. During the grand opening, you can get some pretty amazing deals. I just picked up free onions, bread, and a nearly free steak. I called ahead to order a specific sandwhich a few different times now, and whenever I request one it seems to be completely nuked.. but they are always perfect when on the hot food stand... I stopped at this location to grab a quick lunch and buy a car wash card as a gift. When I asked about the car wash card I was told that since they don't have a car wash they don't sell the cards. That is fine if they don't have a car wash, but it seems weird that I was not able to buy a card that would be able to work at any Kwik Trip location. As others have said, this is a smaller store than the others in the area. Still nice and clean and a good selection of food items. read more

Always busy. They do an okay job keeping up. Waited extremely long time to only exchange one simple propane tank. If you want in and out timely service; go the a different location. read more

This is the store closest to my home, so I stop in fairly regularly, when I used to stop at the competitor across the street. I even go out of my way to stop at my local location, because even though this store is smaller than others, it is one of the best that I've ever been to, since day one. I've had issues with coffee always being empty at the other store I stop at regularly across the bridge at highway 23 and highway 10. When I stop, no matter what time of day- even during the wee hours between 2am and 5am when there are very few customers and even fewer buying coffee- every single pot seems to be either waiting to be brewed or has just a few drops of stale sludge at the bottom, but my neighborhood store has never let me down, no matter when I stop in. I know that the odds are in my favor that I can get the kind I like instead of settling for whatever happens to be left over, if there's enough to bother, like at the other location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always busy doing something, not standing around, avoiding having to work by chatting with each other while customers' needs are not being met, as happens at so many other convenience stores. Having worked in plenty, I notice how many employees are on shift, which employees are actively caring for their place of employment, and how many avoid doing anything that resembles activities that warrant collecting a paycheck. I'm glad to say I have yet to see any of the latter at all, at any store. But they need to watch the coffee better at nearly all of them. I'll remain loyal to my neighborhood store for as long as they remain loyal to me. Kudos, and many thanks. read more

I was in here Wednesday night 1/8 wearing a blanket of course because it's -12 and as I was at the register paying for my hot cocoa the man ringing me up (I so wish I got his name) but he sang hello and I sang hello and it continued until I left the door and we reminded each other to stay warm. What a sweet man. He truly made my night. Keep doing you bc sir you're the best. Kwik trip is like the top of the tier of gas stations I must admit. read more
