She never turned around to acknowledge us the whole time I was shopping like 3 minutes for me. I was waiting at the counter for like 7-13 seconds I didn't want to speak because of COVID so I just put the gum down on the counter louder than I usually would so she would acknowledge me and serve me she was still looking out the window for some reason o one was out there . Then when she did finally turn around she started barking orders at me and the other customer. At this point I was upset so I said a few choice words which was wrong of me and I left . She told me to never come back to the store. Long story short I live in this neighborhood and I shop at this SA often not trying to get anyone fired but she might need to be retrained and professional and know that when customers come in the store she should greet them with a smile. However, I don't know who they have cleaning this place, but it needs a thorough cleaning. There were bits of paper all over the floor near the cash register, and the floors looked especially dirty.
