Pharmacist was nice, but ultimately didn't help. Had to call my doctor's office twice to reconcile this matter. Called pharmacy again to make sure they had the required number of pills. Different technician answered, was very rude and finally got to talk to pharmacist. Again, he was polite, but I dread dealing with them every month. We've learned to call before we go as we live almost 1.5 hours away because we've been told they had it, only to arrive and found they were out of the medication. We're thinking that the pharmacy two hours away isn't so bad.
