Went inside to purchase a lottery ticket and Daunte waited on me - 7:45 pm (ish). I told him that they might want to place their vacuum cleaner out of service as it has little to no suction (I was not asking for my money back). Got zero response from Daunte, not even an acknowledge that he heard me even though he was looking at me. I paid for my lottery ticket and followed up by saying to Daunte, "Thank you for your response on the vacuum cleaner not working". He replied "Yup". Today I pull into the car wash and asked the guy if he would please be sure to hose off my windows unlike the job they did last time. The owner of this location has poor management if he allows this for customers to pay full price, not get what they paid for and machines are broken or consistently out of paper. Furthermore, the customer service is horrible. Lastly, approx 6 months ago I slid my card into the gas pump to pay. It slid ALL THE WAY IN. I had a meeting (which I was then late to because I spent almost a half hour at the gas station). The guy had to get a hold of the manager to get the keys to open the pump. They ended up putting a do not use the credit card function tag on the pump which it wasn't fixed for several weeks.

I noticed that they had a TON of options for self-serve drinks: milkshakes, icees, different flavored coffee, tons of soft drinks on tap. Immediately upon walking in you could smell hot food, which was AMAZING due to my hangry state. As I was sifting through my options, the cashiers both had called out to the pumps that they were ready to go, but it wasn't your normal apathetic announcement. They were enthusiastic and sounded like they were having fun, which made me smile. The girl who helped us was Emma, she literally made my night better just by being kind to us. Shoutout to my girl Emma! I settled on chicken tenders ($4.29) and seasoned potato wedges ($.99), with a little tub of honey mustard ($.50). The potato wedges were pretty salty but I wasn't expecting anything great. The chicken was really enjoyable -- good quality chicken (I was surprised), but still salty. Not as salty as the fries. The honey mustard was like 80% mustardy and 20% honey, which was nice too. Felt like it cut through the saltiness of the food. I am no longer hangry and my mood is V IMPROVED. Thanks Kwik Trip.
