After a quick assessment they uncovered condensation abnormalities ++ on the oil cap, they stated they were uncomfortable doing the oil change, and strongly suggested that I take the truck into a Chrysler dealership to review and address. Thank goodness for their honesty because it prevented a major issue (I won't go into details.) They are a hometown business that has my vote, hands' down. They have your interests in mind.

I don't know if he tried taking advantage of my business only because I'm a woman and he thinks I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to vehicles,I know exactly what I'm talking about. I just didn't want to do the work myself because I don't like doing wheel bearings. I took my Honda in there to get all of my wheel bearings done and he turned around and ordered me $800 worth of tires for my Honda and said that it just needed tires no dude it needed wheel bearings so yeah I ended up paying for the new tires and still having a wheel bearing issue and i went in To talk to him about it whatever before the tires even came and he just totally he like ignored me walked away from me. He was just rude seriously once he got my money he quit being nice to me and was just an asshole.

When I got there, I asked if I could please use the restroom. She informed me that there restroom was not public. I asked again if I could please use it because I was pregnant and drove a long way, and I really could not finish my shopping because I had to pee so badly. She still wouldn't let me. I ended up leaving with only 2 packages of bacon and 2 canned items, when it was my intention to purchase much more than that. It was an embarrassing experience for myself, and I also feel the owner of this establishment should be embarrassed. I understand the policy of not having a public restroom, but please have a bit of human compassion and make an exception for an emergency. You lost a big sale today.
