So we stopped here to just put in enough so I can get to a Costco along our route. I also was able to clean all the bugs off my windshield which is something I can't do at any Costco gas stations. The pump area is spread out making it easy to pull around other vehicles if necessary to get to any open pumps. After adding enough gas and scrubbing my windshield, we took turns going inside to use the restrooms, which were very clean. They also have a mini mart stocked with a variety of hot and cold drinks, hot dogs and sandwiches, plus assorted snacks and grocery items for the road or for home. We have stopped at other Kwik Trips and find them consistently clean and friendly.

My husband felt his car was damaged in the car wash (no damage before the wash, damage after the…read morewash, KT says it wasn't the wash, but the damage appeared in the 8 minutes between when he left the wash and when he started taking pictures). Customer service wise, we were only offered a free car wash (no thanks), and 3/4 refund for the cost of the original car wash. I used to really like going to their locations in several states, unfortunately I don't intend to ever visit again. The goods and services are not worth the treatment received after this incident.

I'm not sure why the other review is so strange, I had nothing but pleasant experiences here. In a separate note- the store and bathrooms are impeccable, which is strange for a gas station! I stood in there for like fifteen minutes deciding on what lotto tickets I wanted and the cashier was patient and helpful the hole time laughing and cheerful I spent 150 on tickets most cashier's get irritated and impatient not at Hy-Vee gas station.
