Anyways, I told her what I wanted & I was super polite handing her my ID I even said "here is my ID ma'am" she instantly took my ID, put it right up to her eyes as if she's never seen a real ID before. She proceeded to ask me what this was on my ID it was in the right hand corner stated "not for real ID purposes" because I did not get the gold star. Okay news to me? I said if you scan it, it'll work it's not fake. She came back with we just had a class on this and I can't serve you, so my REAL DRIVERS LICENSE is not real ID to show you I'm of age. I called the DMV and explained I was denied service because of this and he explained that she was MISINFORMED & that it means I just can't go get on a plane without extra documentation bc I did not get the stupid gold star. So I proceeded to call to let her know she's turning paying customers away bc she's misinformed, she hung up on me. Yes I called back. She's very RUDE & honestly should not work there if she has no idea what she's talking about AND if she can't be nice to the people supporting said business! I am going to take it further because I don't appreciate the disrespect.
