So the guy on the phone told her to turn her radio up so she couldn't hear the rubbing noise until she could get it there. What kind of hillbilly B S is that! Luckily, she had her relative come over to look at her car before taking it back there. The so called " we'll make sure you're 100 0/0 satisfied " didn't tighten her lug nuts all of the way.
