I have been coming here for years and years, I bring all my vehicles here and they never do me wrong even with multiple quotes. They did change management but all the guys are great they know me as a repeat customer and are always honest with me even with the bad news. I will always recommend them to everyone. They just put new shocks and struts on my Cadillac and changed the oil in my Honda. Pricing is not an issue they are usually right there with everyone else so I prefer the quality. follow up from kwik kar complaint on butler rd , wylie , tx ..... from 1 year ago ..., my brakes are still failing , and christian / mgr stated he doesn't know where or why i'm losing brake fluid, and that is because they do not know how to repair cars... christian told he'd research a part , and would ask me and to come back once again, i had already been back twice in 2 weeks. ....christian just up and up lied to me , and even had the gall to re-print my reciept , but kindly changed my 2 year , 24,000 mile warranty to a 1 tear , 12,ooo mile warranty , thinking i would not find my original signed reciept , but i did, and the one he made up is un-signed,,,christians just a crook and a liar .....and i will be contacting the bbb once again , and hopefully this place will finally have registered their business correctly by now , cuz it might still come up as regal lube...i'm totally fed up with these thieves... this is my old post from last year below... this is now kwik kar, not regal lube anymore...! this company is now called kwik kar 101 e butler st wylie, tx 75098 972-429-0250 ; i cannot find their name as kwik kar..., only regal lube at that location to make a complaint.. !! i took my 1991 honda accord in for brake service...., my brakes upon leaving were the same, lousy low pedal as when i brought it in, so i paid $532.70 for no improvement... before i truly left, i told joseph i still had a low pedal, and asked why, he just told me that is how older cars are, he said i had a little bit low master cylinder, and put a touch of fluid in, he said my wheel cylinders were all good, no leaks, he said he and the other mechanic with long black hair both bled my brakes, and adjusted my back shoes on the drum brakes..., i don't feel they did a very good job....actually, i truly did not need front pads, mine were still at 85% , ( i kept all my parts ) ....so they screwed me on that... and when i came back to complain 3 weeks later when i had a brake lamp light come on now, they supposedly changed out 2 brake light bulbs, but that did not correct the problem, and joseph told me he did not know what the problem is...??? a few days later i went to look at the back brake lights in the trunk myself , only to find they ripped the trunk panels back to get to the light bulbs, instead of using the actual access panels..., what lousy mechanics..., and they did not put any of those panels back where they belong,,,i will only go back for warranty work on these brakes.., and will never go back there for any other repairs..., they are uncaring, lousy mechanics...!!!! i will be submitting this to the bbb also...!!! //// bbb serving north central texas, complaint #2159911 read more

BEWARE OF THIS STATION! they do NOT do the service that they charge you for! i went in for a routine oil change and was told i needed back breaks and a power steering flush. i knew this was probably true as my vehicle is an older model. they DID NOT FLUSH MY POWER STEERING, THEY DID NOT RE-ATTACH EVERYTHING AFTER DOING THE OIL CHANGE CAUSING ISSUES AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE BREAK PADS. DO NOT go here to not have the work done, pay out the butt and have significant issues with your vehicle because of them. Jordan , Henrique and Rick were very professional, friendly and provided an on time service. As I was heading out of town and my dealership was going to take 2 hrs just for an oil change. They checked my tires & such & made sure my truck was road trip ready. As a female this made me feel safe and secure heading out of town. I got right in and out. I have been going to these guys for years to get my vehicles inspected with no problems. Today, I go in and they fail my truck due to window tint. The tint used to be legal at 35% but the law changed to 25% recently. First off, I would think since it was legal before, it should still be legal now. Anyway, they could have said something before doing the inspection. But no, they did everything else too so they could charge me and fail my truck. I have recommended a lot of people over the years to go see these folks, but never again....And I will not be going back either!!!! read more

My husband and I brought our motorcycles in on 4/28/18 for inspection. Everything checked out fine, paid for our inspections, and out the door we went thinking we could register them online within a few days. Got online and couldn't register my bike. Found out the inspection had the incorrect VIN listed. I called to get this corrected only to be told I had to bring the bike back! Registration is now out, and forecast is calling for rain the next week. I tried to go in the next day with the registration paper and a picture of the bike and VIN visible in the photo (they inspected it a few days ago) so they could correct the VIN which was only off by one digit. They said no, I still needed to bring it back. This is stupid yall! This is a mistake they made, and yet we are still required to come back in? I do NOT recommend them for anything. We have come here for both our trucks and motorcycles for services in the past. I guess none of that really matters to this store! Waste of my time. Do yourselves a favor and go to the Kwik Kar in Wylie off of Westgate!!! They at least have good customer service! read more

Went for a basic vehicle inspection. Absolutely terrible customer service. They unnecessarily drive your vehicle longer distances than needed and leave it running for the ENTIRE duration of the inspection (Which takes MUCH longer than any inspection that I have ever had). They even remove components on your dash and neglect to re-attach them. They do not disclose pricing information for out-of-county vehicles. The employees are not trained to traffic standards and lie about the potential legality of inspection points. The facility is dirty and disorganized. The employees have no problem spreading the grease and dirt in the interior of your vehicle. Give your money to someone more deserving; go somewhere else. read more

I've been getting my car serviced at this shop for nearly two years including oil changes, inspections, etc. Their service has never been a hassle, and their prices are always fair; especially compared to the other shops in town. The staff are always courteous to me, and more importantly my vehicle; no matter which worker greets me and services my car. read more

Will never go here again!! Dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection, when I came back to pick it up my car was completely dead, wouldn't even try to start up. Bad service. A bunch of young guys just hanging around when I pulled up, I should have known to turn around and not leave my car with them. I took it to firestone and they said that it should have never been inspected with the check engine light on but they did it anyways. read more
