After other…read moreelectricians I tried to reach were not responsive, this business spent time on the phone with me, discussing several options to diagnose and repair the problem, and was very quick and flexible in scheduling. The first attempt (replace the 22 year old GFI socket) had a good chance of succeeding but didn't. Ricky already had a plan B. He was back in just a few days, as my schedule allowed, to move the GFI where the fridge could not disrupt it but make sure the appliance and the circuit is still secured by a breaker and the GFI. Ricky also knows quite a bit about solar electric monitors (Enphase) that are also not fond of GFIs and gave me some tips about managing mine, as well as the breakers, to keep them working well. All around, super responsive, friendly and smart. I use local businesses whenever I can and I quickly dismiss the ones that are not careful and attentive. 4 Girls & A Boy Electric are keepers. They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.
